Q. DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION TO RECEIVE A DELIVERY FROM ORGANIC KIND?

A. Yes. Organic Kind is a fully compliant Medical Cannabis Collective. By city ordinance and state law all collective members must have a valid California Medical Doctor's Recommendation in order to join or receive a delivery. The are absolutely no exceptions, so please keep an eye on expiration date on your recommendation.

 

Q. Is there a minimum for delivery?

A. Yes. We require a minimum for delivery, depending on your distance from our delivery hubs.
6 mile radius - $45 minimum for delivery
6 to 10 miles - $100 minimum for delivery
10 to 50 miles - $200 minimum for delivery.

Q. Is there a delivery fee?

A. Delivery is included. There is no extra charge for delivery. The price you see on our menu is the price you pay. Tax and delivery are included in the price.

 

Q. CAn I order in advance?

A. Absolutely! For those on the go with busy schedules!

  • Place your order at anytime
  • Pick your ideal delivery date and time
  • Our dispatcher will confirm the closest available 30 minute delivery window to your ideal time

Hint: We are very punctual. So this is the best way to minimize wait time. You will receive an exact ETA once your order is on its way! It pays to plan ahead!

 

Q. How do I place my order?

A. By Text: Simply text your order to 323.574.0248 and receive a quick reply with your delivery ETA (Most Popular)

Online: Order online by visiting our website at www.organickind.org. Log on with your patient ID number on your doctor's recommendation or your drivers license number.
Once you place your order you will receive a conformation text (during our business hours) with delivery ETA.

By Phone: Simply give us a call! We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Let our knowledgable and friendly team help you with all your cannabis needs.

By Email: Sure--send us an email with your order and receive a confirmation email or text with your delivery ETA!

 

Q. How long does it take to get my delivery?

A. If you want your delivery right away, we deliver within the hour. You always have the option to schedule your delivery time to best suit your schedule. Delivery fee is always included. 

Average delivery time varies with traffic. Depending on your location, we deliver within the hour--most delivery times range between 20 & 45 minutes.

Hint: Quickest delivery times tend to be during low traffic times.

Q. How do you know your flowers are organic?

A. Cannabis is not eligible for FDA organic certification. However Organic Kind is committed to proving our community with the cleanest and purest cannabis available.

Our Growers adhere to and go beyond all Organic Agriculture Regulations:

  • avoidance of synthetic chemical inputs (e.g. fertilizer, pesticides, antibiotics, food additives), irradiation, and the use of sewage sludge
  • avoidance of genetically modified seed

Driver Wait Limit Policy

Once driver arrives and you have been notified of your order's arrival driver will wait 5 MINUTES to complete delivery. If we are unable to get a hold of you and complete delivery your order will be rescheduled for a later time starting with the next available delivery time.
